President & CEO
Brent is a seasoned general manager in the EDA industry having
previously held various VP roles in Cadence, eventually becoming
a member of the senior management Board reporting directly to
the CEO. Brent was also President of Tality, a design services
and IP company with revenues of $200m. He has worked in the
high tech sector for 15 years and has extensive M&A experience
as well as being a member of the senior management team on three
IPO programmes. He also has considerable international experience,
having sold to global tier one electronics customers in Asia,
Europe and the US.
CFO
Jerry is the Managing Director of The Mill Consultancy, Chartered
Accountants, corporate finance and business development advisers.
Jerry has extensive experience in strategic business improvement,
preparation of business plans and prospectuses, fast growth
management and has raised finance across the board, from business
angels and banks to VCs and a $60 million flotation on Nasdaq.
Jerry has been appointed to the non-executive director panels
of 3i plc, Finance Wales/Xenos and Finance Cornwall and is
a mentor for Invored, Advantage West Midlands and the Prince’s
Trust. Jerry is listed on the National Business Link Consultant
Register and is an associate of the Institute of Business
Advisers and a member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty.
In addition, Jerry regularly produces articles and gives talks
and seminars on subjects relevant to SME growth and financing.
VP Engineering
Les has over 25 years of experience within the Semiconductor
Industry both in the US and Europe where he developed a variety
of complex microprocessor systems. He was most recently Director
of Engineering for a North American Semiconductor manufacturer
specializing in telecommunications devices. He holds a degree
in Physics from Newcastle, England.
During the past few years, his focus has been on the process
of improving the provision, integration and acquisition of 3rd
party IP and Right First Time product development.
